Job Description

We are seeking FULL TIME RN’s & PRN’s to work at client’s homes providing direct patient care:
  • Must have experience working with patients in a home environment
  • Must have the ability to manage nursing care plans, educate patient and family on appropriate treatment to assist in improving and/or maintaining health
  • Supervise LVN’s and CNA’s
  • Follow up on patients care and staff
  • In charge of admissions, resumption of care and recertifications
  • Assist in maintaining a safe work environment and perform all job responsibilities in a safe manner
  • Administer medications within scope of practice
  • Report changes in a patient’s condition promptly and appropriately to the physician/appropriate individual
  • Appropriately complete documentation for patient care
  • Mobilize resources during a crisis
  • Act as liaison between the physician, staff and patient/family by communicating with family members/physicians regarding specific patient needs, complexities or unusual findings to promote continuity of care
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changes in work environment
  • Required Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
    Required license or certification: Current TX LVN License

Job Responsibilities of RN:
  • Basic knowledge of clinical procedures, medical terminology
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral/written)
  • Ability to use tact and diplomacy in dealing with people, both internal and external customers
  • Maintain a calm demeanor while completing multiple tasks
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates the ability to accept, implement, and evaluate change
  • Yearly reviews
  • $70 – $72,000 salary based on experience
  • On Call Pay
  • Extra visits pay
  • Health Insurance – Medical, Vision, Dental
  • Retirement – match 100% of employee contribution up to 4% of salary
  • Mileage Reimbursement

  • Tablet provided
  • $400 Bonus after 50 visits
 PRN Compensation:
  • Paid per visit – discussed during interview
