Job Description

Looking for a work environment where you get to use the full scope of your nursing judgment and abilities? Then Roosevelt Medical Center in Culbertson MT is the place for you! We are a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic that offer long term care, inpatient, skilled swing bed, outpatient, and ER services. Types of ER visits range from urgent care needs to multiple victim traumas, MIs, and stroke. We stabilize and transfer severely ill or injured patients to higher levels of care. Benefits include partial employer coverage of health insurance premium, personal time off accrual to 20 days per year for full time hours, extended illness bank, employer-paid life insurance, 401K, $2500 sign-on bonus paid out over 1 year, and relocation assistance. There are blue and white-collar job opportunities for spouses within 50 miles. Culbertson is a community of about 1200 people 1 mile north of the Missouri River and 70 miles from the Canadian border. We have an excellent school system with small class sizes. Opportunity for many outdoor activities – hunting, fishing, hiking, boating on the Missouri, Ft Peck Lake, or Lake Sacajawea in ND. Downhill skiing and major shopping areas within 5 hours for days-off excursions.

This website is fantastic! Mother of a Special Needs Child.

"I am a Registered Nurse and the mother of a special needs daughter. I have used to hire a competent CNA/Nurse to care for my 9 year old special needs daughter. The website is fantastic and has put us in touch with several people to help fill some of our PCA hours. It is such a relief knowing there is a place to go to look for competent and compassionate medical professionals to care for complex and vulnerable loved ones."
