Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort patients
- Prepare examination rooms
- Take Vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure)
- Preparing and maintaining equipment
- Scheduling patients with providers
- Monitor documentation
- Review and prepare medical records
- Register patient and verify health insurance coverage
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle changing priorities
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and manage time efficiently
Education:
High School
Experience:
Experienced
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an medical assistant??
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's Degree Preferred
