Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse - (2 Positions) -Full-time position (12 hour shifts, (Mon Through Wed) 6A-6P Sat/Sun) or Part-time 6P-6A (every other Sat/Sun).-
This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining total health care of all consumers. Assess consumers' needs, coordinate appointments, order/check/administer medications and medical supples, coordinate labs and blood work and monitor vital signs, weights etc.
Experience in caring for persons with Developmental and Physical Disabilities is a definite plus.
IV Certification Preferred.
