Job Description

Core Staffing LLC, a 100% Nurse Owned and Operated Medical Staffing Firm, is looking for a Cath Lab- RN for a 13-Week contract in Oroville, California.


As an advocate for the patient, the nurse will greet the patient when they first come into the cath lab. He or she will answer questions and educate the patient about what is planned and make sure they have informed consent. Vital signs, oxygen, and heart rhythm are monitored continuously, and IVs and medicines are given per the doctor’s order.
When the procedure is over, the nurse will stay with the patient until they are recovered and ready to return to the floor. The nurse will go with the patient by stretcher to the floor and give the receiving nurse report before returning to the cath lab.


RN Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Patient education
  • Monitoring vital signs
  • Charting patient information
  • Examining the patient before and after the procedure
  • Evaluating sedation
  • Look for signs of infection
  • Prep patients for procedures
  • Assist with procedures
  • Respond to emergencies
  • Provide discharge information




  • 2 years of experience


  • 0600-1430/40 Hours Per Week



  • 3442.50 Weekly Pay Package
  • One-Time Travel Allowance 
  • Health Benefits
