Currently hiring a RN - Assessment Nurse
Cumming, Georgia.

Responsibilities of the Assessment Nurse include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing initial comprehensive client assessment.
  • Contact with clients Physician to discuss treatment plans.
  • Reviews / creates client’s Service / Treatment Plan.
  • Conducts general and follow up assessments of clients.
  • Assists with hiring of Caregiver staff.
  • Assists with scheduling for Caregiver staff.
  • Assists with annual Caregiver evaluations.
  • 1+ year verifiable RN employment history.
  • Must have characteristics of honesty, compassion, reliability, and patience.
  • Reliable personal transportation, auto insurance.
  • Valid driver's license, smart phone mobile communication.
  • Assessment Nurse must possess a current Georgia Registered Nurse license and maintain credentials in the state of Georgia.
  • TB screening test, (6 months old or less)
  • CPR certification
  • First Aid training
  • Clean criminal background screening.
  • Pass drug test
  • No evidence of abuse, neglect, assault, negligent, misconduct.
  • Demonstrate caring and nurturing concern for helping people, compassion, honesty, integrity and reliability.
