A Well-established Home Health Agency located in Avon MA is looking a two Registered Nurses for immediate opening to join our team:
QA NURSE:
We are seeking a qualified individual who will be responsible for performing a detailed QA review of patient charts and notes to ensure compliance with established Company protocols and community health care standards and to ensure that they are complete and accurate.
OFFICE NURSE:
A reliable Office Nurse to perform various office and clinical duties to keep our healthcare practice running efficiently.
MON - FRID
9AM - 5PM
Qualifications:
-Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
-Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
-Home care experience desired (not required)
-Motivated and outgoing personality
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to communicate effectively
