Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner who will provide telemedicine services to patients. The ideal candidate is looking to provide care in innovative ways and willing to get their hands dirty. This role has flexibility on work location and can be done at our office in NYC and/or remotely at home.
An active NJ license is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities
- Ensure an excellent and consistent patient experience through team based care
- Complete telemedicine video visits by providing diagnostic and preventive health care services under physician supervision.
- Take medical histories, treat patients, order lab tests, and make diagnoses
- Make follow-up calls to patients recently seen by practice
- Assist with quality assurance including chart reviews and assessing patient feedback
The ideal candidate has the following qualities:
- Excellent clinical skills, customer service skill and bedside manner
- Desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians dedicated to changing the healthcare delivery
- Enthusiasm to use innovative technology to deliver higher quality, evidence-based urgent care
- Passion for making healthcare better - more accessible, higher quality, and more efficient
- Excellent clinical and patient service skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Board certified Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
- Active NJ license
- Active DEA
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- 2+ years clinical experience in Acute Care/Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Internal/ Family Medicine
