Registered Nurses and Per Diem RN's
A licensed home care agency in midtown Manhattan is seeking Registered Nurses for Per Diem positions. The ideal candidates will consider it a privilege to serve others, taking pride in the well-being of our customers and their families and going the distance to provide exceptional care.
Locations: Per diem RNs should be willing to travel throughout NY although we have a high concentration of cases in Upper Manhattan, Bronx, Yonkers and Westchester.

The appointments will be given on MONDAY's WEDNESDAY's AND FRIDAY's FROM 9 am to 3 pm at 505 8th Ave. Suite 200 New York, NY 10018

- We use digital documents and provide our field nurse with a tablet.
- Also responsible for creating CMS 485's and other duties as assigned
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English Preferred.
- Per-diem visits are paid at $75.00 per visit
Locations: Per diem RNs should be willing to travel throughout NY although we have a high concentration of cases in Upper Manhattan, Bronx, Yonkers and Westchester.
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Performs client nursing assessments using the nursing process and evidence-based strategies
- Provides client and caregiver teaching to ensure a safe plan of care
- Provides caregiver supervision in the home
- Collaborates with the client's medical provider to determine the need for home care services, and to develop, implement and revise the plan of care as appropriate
- Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Ability to multi-task and think critically
- Active and unencumbered NYS Registered Nurse license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in HHA Exchange and Microsoft Office
