Job Description

Looking for LPN with at least 2 years experience in long term care to join our team instructing Nursing Assistants (LNAs). We have several open positions, including a per-diem position in Manchester. This class would meet three days per week (specific days are flexible), from 7 am - 3 pm, over a 5-week period. After each 5-week session, there could be an option to have a week off. Classes would start in December. If you are willing to travel to some of our other locations (Dover, Nashua, etc) we would increase your pay rate for those classes. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF LESS THAN 2 YEARS LONG TERM CARE as an LPN/RN.

Instructor Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
•Following lesson plans, company policies and strictly adhering to hourly program requirements
•Delivering course content in a professional and thorough manner
•Grading and recording test scores and class attendance accurately
•Communicating with representatives at teaching facility and with administrative staff
•Leading by example and representing as a positive role model for students in regards to punctuality, respect and compassion.
•Promoting a professional and positive learning environment
•Representing the company professionally at all times

Job Requirements
•Two years experience working in long term care as an LPN/RN
•Train the Trainer certified with the NH Board of Nursing (training is available to those who need it)
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions
•Ability to bend and squat
•Proof of negative TB test or chest x-ray upon hire
•Positive and enthusiastic attitude!

Education Requirements
•Hold an unencumbered LPN/RN license in the State of NH
•Completed a NH Board of Nursing approved "Train the Trainer" course preferred.

Benefits/Compensation
•$24/hour PLUS $1/hr shift differential for evening hours, $2/hr differential for weekend hours
