Job Description
Our Home Health Agency is seeking a strong RN Clinical Supervisor with potential to become DON
With a census of 600 and 6 case managers, we are in need of a strong Supervisor who can guide office and field staff in an organized manner while ensuring agency stays compliant with all regulations.
Job Description includes:
Develop policies and procedures on an as needed basis.
Maintain census
Coordinate and lead case conferences
Organize ongoing training for field nurses
