We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our nursing staff in providing excellent health care to our patients. Your duty of caring for the patients coming into our facility includes tasks like creating and maintaining accurate patient records, administering medication and monitoring for side effects, recording vital signs, and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.

A Bachelor's degree in nursing and a state license are essential requirements for consideration. You will also need to be trained in BLS/CPR and be ACLS-certified. A professional, friendly attitude and effective communication skills are keys to becoming successful in this role.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.

We are seeking a LVN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care for three (3) - twelve (12) hour shifts to one patient in her home on Tuesday and Thursday Nights from 7pm to 7am and Sunday 7am to 7pm.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a current and valid license issued by the California State Board of Vocational Nursing Examiner.
  • Ability to receive the report from the off going staff member and take responsibility of the patient at transition. Must be engaging with the patient and a self starter.

  • Able to obtain patients vitals and blood glucose
  • Patient is NPO on G-Tube feeding
  • Ability to administer medication per the patients MAR through the G- Tube, check placement and flush tube.
  • Assist to commode using Sit to Stand Lift
  • Perform Daily Living Assistance such as: Changing client to appropriate attire, hearing aids, SPF/lotion, compression sock, etc
  • Perform vocal, ROM, bike exercises and incentive spirometer as tolerated
  • Experience with using dynasplints, CPAP machines
  • Light house keeping
  • Paid Training will be provided. Paid regular wages for first 8 hours and time in a half for last 3.5hours.
