Practice is looking for an Experienced Full-Time Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse!  The Head Nurse/ Charge Nurse oversees day to day leadership on the unit, including scheduling, staffing, and overseeing daily operations. Works cooperatively with the DON to facilitate seamless efficient functioning at the practice.
 
The Head Nurse/ Charge Nurse will be responsible for organizing and managing the flow of patients including daily staffing assignments.   • What has and hasn’t worked with personality/skill types:  Skills from other units that can translate to success in MICU is experience in ICU step-down unit, drip titration and management of critical ill patients.
