PTO accumulates based on hours worked to about 20 days per year. RMC pays portion of employee health insurance premium and employee can purchase family coverage. RMC provides $5000 life insurance policy and employee can purchase additional coverage at reasonable rates. $4000/yr for CME which doesn’t have to be used for required certifications like ACLS, TNCC, ABLS, etc. 1:3 call is part of regular contract but if provider works more than that, there is additional compensation.
