Job Overview:
The Nurse will act as our client's service supervisor and will demonstrate the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner under the direction of the Agency Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition.

PATIENT: Bright, vibrant, loving, educated, artist, devoted wife of 42 years. Living at home with her  husband and adult daughter. Patient haas mobility limitations, takes medications and feed by G/J  tube. Requires assistance with all ADLs. Patient sits in a chair, can stand with assistance, bear hug transfer and has never been bed-ridden. Patient is 5’7 and 125lbs. Patient participates in weekly OT, PT and speech therapy while enjoying exercising daily and riding her recumbent  bike and hand bike.  
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
