• Monitors the health of the individuals through review of Professional Medical Reports, including the following:
• Assess the individual’s medication regime, reviews the physician’s plan of care.
• Assesses the health status of the individuals, etc.
• Participates in on going education and training related to the organization and program specific requirements.
• Advocates in the best interest of the clients at all times.
• Maintains the confidentiality, security and integrity for the management of client information.
• Communicates and collaborates with other team members.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

ON GOING EDUCATION AND TRAINING 

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Administer neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.
• Work with injectable fillers like Juvederm, Radiesse, Voluma, Restylane, etc.
• Sales of skin products are expected

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of aesthetics/medical spa OR dermatology or plastic surgery setting experience. We will provide very hands-on training for the right candidate. Also, we will provide training for our machines.
• Professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up performance and ability to articulate technical and medical information
• Outstanding follow-up performance and ability to articulate technical and medical information
• Valid RN/NP/PA Certification

Must-haves (minimum requirements):

• One year of experience working as an Occupational Health Nurse
• Experience working during emergency situations/responses
• Proven proficiency with adult emergency first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation,  and automated external defibrillator (AED) use
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and results management
• Knowledge of disability case management process, return to work programs, medical surveillance programs and wellness programs
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Active registration with the State Board of Nursing and your Colorado Registered Nursing (RN) License
• Strong communication skills that enables you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groups

15. Observe infection control procedures
16. Identify safety hazards
17. Provide clinical supervision of nursing assistants providing direct resident care

Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse and or Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
