Other RN services are colon hydrotherapy, assist in hormone therapy, Ozone sauna, PEMF, and lab draws. Must be comfortable with Customer service, learn about vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients. Training is included. Must also be comfortable with self-management at times. Room for growth, experience in complementary medicine, and various new integrative modalities. The Position

Manages the Company's accreditation renewal process through the CHAP organization within operations, builds strategic goals, and leads a staff for successful on-side visit readiness daily before an accreditation status is renewed for the next three years.                                                                                                                       

Leads direct and monitors the delivery of health care and related health and medical services.

Plans develop and implement procedures and policies that enhance the quality of life for people receiving services and assure procedures that support people managing their health care.

Provides leadership to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and nursing practice standards.

Develops and implements healthcare-related training that assures the best possible delivery of health-related supports and services. Reviews training at least quarterly and makes modifications as needed.

Manages and supervises in-services training for non-skilled staff.

Develops and maintains documentation system for continuity of care and record storage that assures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and ESAH policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include the (1) Back Office: The candidate will room patients with gentile care sensitive to the needs of children of all ages and developmental levels. They will be able to triage children and adolescent patients. They will be proficient in taking vitals (height, weight, temp, BP, and O2 sats), taking basic histories, giving vaccinations and injections, and be able to perform phlebotomy, spirometry, vision and hearing tests as well as processing lab tests (training is available if not experienced). Working with and under the direction of providers, the candidate will help to call back patients/ parents with answers to questions and lab results. The candidate will be available to back up the (2) Front Office, helping out when needed to greet and process patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, deductibles, scan forms, verify insurance benefits, and provide general support for the front office. 1. Communicate with parent/caregivers, campers, and/or out-of-camp health providers in advance of camper arrival if there are any questions or concerns about the information provided or their health-related needs while at camp
2. Prepare intake & screening form for each camper (considering allergies, medication, & history)
3. Prepare medication administration schedule and related documentation, in manner that helps maintain flow of daily camp schedule and meets camper health needs
4. Prepare information sheets for counselors/cabin staff regarding their upcoming camper group and communicate with them in advance as needed to ensure they are prepared for their role in supporting camper health
5. Communicate camper health/medical information as needed to other staff to keep campers safe and healthy (e.g. dietary needs to kitchen staff)

Overview:

As a Heavenly Touch Home Health Care RN/LPN you will provide skilled nursing care for patients in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and assume the responsibility for coordination of care. Maintain compliance with our agency’s policy and procedures and Medicare regulations. Educate patient and caregiver(s) on techniques for home health care. Notify the physician and/or other personnel of any change(s) in the patient’s condition and case conference clinicians providing care to ensure coordination of care. As part of our team, you are required to attend staff meetings, as well as complete annual in-services hours.

Qualifications:

• One (1) year direct patient care experience in a clinical care setting, home health setting and/or hospice setting.
• Good documentation skills required.
• Ability to travel per job requirement.

• Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote the continuity of care consistent with established standards and practices. 
  • Assesses health status by interviewing patient regarding current status and medical history.
  • Assesses patient/family needs and provides teaching and other instructional material.  
  • Provides psychosocial support to patients and families.
• Prepares and administers therapies under the direction and supervision of a physician.
• Administers all medications/blood products using correct medication/blood product, dosage/amount, route, time, and technique.
• Facilitates dose modification by assessing patient, assessing labs, consulting protocol or treatment plan, calculating dose, and consulting physician regarding dosage modifications, problems, and symptom management.
• Performs venipuncture, accesses implanted ports and maintains central lines catheter devices. 
• Manages patient medication refill requests from the pharmacy telephone line and records the information in the patient chart.
• Triages patient phone calls as needed and documents relevant information in the patient's chart.
• Assist patients in locating available community resources.
• Will adhere to Nursing Float Pool playbook for specific role and job requestion.
• Facilitates clinical operations and patient care.

• Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1-5 years of nursing experience.
• Willing to consider an entry, mid, or senior level candidate. 
• Oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
