The Job:

As a Home Health RN/LPN, you will be regularly scheduled to work with our 24/7 long term care patient. That's right - One Patient - One Location!

  • Patient resides in Dacono. This great location is a quick commute, just minutes off I-25.
  • Full-Time, Part-Time: 2 or 3 Night Shifts per week. Shifts are 7p - 7a.
  • Competitive Pay:  RN $40-45/hr, LPN $30-$35/hr (based on experience),  PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $5-$7/hr night shift differential. (Sun-Thurs Nights is $5/hr & Fri/Sat Nights is $7/hr)

    Qualifications:

    As a Nurse at We Care Home Health, you will provide direct nursing care to clients in their home as prescribed by their Physician and under the supervision of our Director of Nursing. Nursing activities are limited to those in your scope of practice.

If graduated from a nursing program that was not accredited by ACEN, at least one year of RN experience (within the last 5 years) in an applicable care setting is required.
     
    All entry-level associate degree registered nurses with a RN start date after January 1, 2013, must provide documented evidence of program completion of their baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program within 6 years from the last day of the month of their RN start date.
     
     
    Additional qualifications
    One year RN experience within the last five years preferred. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience working in a team environment. Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
