Tapestry Health is seeking an on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team providing medical care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, New York. This is a full time position and the hours are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. No weekends, nights or work on major corporate holidays.
