We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to care for my father in his daily living and personal care services at his home.
Provide health care services for my father in his residences
Perform light domestic and household tasks
Accompany my father to doctor’s office or to hospital appointments
Remind my father to take simple prescribed medications
Assist my father personal care activities
Monitor my father’s (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on his condition
Assist my father with his mobility and physical therapies/exercises
Provide companionship and basic emotional support
Proven working experience as home health aide
Ability to monitor vital signs
Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
Proficiency in English
Caring and compassionate personality
Current CPR certificate
Valid driver’s license
